HOW ARE YOUR COACHING SERVICES DIFFERENT FROM YOUR RECRUITING PRACTICE?
Our recruiting services involve filling specific openings for specific companies who pay us to bring them specific candidates. Our coaching services are extended to these candidates at no charge to them, because the client company paying our fee will only hire those candidates who do well during the interview.
Our coaching services are offered at a flat month to month rate, to those job seekers we wouldn't otherwise be able to work with because an opening doesn't presently exist, or they are outside of our specialty.

When you sign up for our coaching services, you get a new resume included, and unlimited email access for that 30 day period. We prefer email so that you have a written record to refer to, but you would have phone access if you desire.
ARE YOU GUARANTEEING ME A JOB IF I'M PAYING YOU?
No guarantee of finding or extending an offer of employment is expressed or implied. The success of your job search is up to you. Our role is to be an adviser, and that's all we claim to be. We assume no responsibility for the actions of prospective employers. The decision as to your suitability for a position rests with them, not us.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR COACHING?
Your first payment gets you in return a new / overhauled resume, and a plan of action depending on your current status, goals,and situation.
Since our fees are month to month with no long term obligation, If you are unhappy with anything, you can simply choose not to continue with us.
You will have already received your resume and action plan,and your first months fee will have paid for those items, thus no monies will be refunded. We will however, work at adjusting your resume and action plan, until you are happy with it.
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF SERVICE?
Our fees are month to month, with no long term obligation. There is no "automatic renewal" or any other trick - You control when you pay, just by giving us the OK to send the PAYPAL money request, and sending the funds.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Send us an email mentioning your interest in our coaching services. If you have a current resume, please send that too. Feel free to include any details about your current situation.
We will get back to you, and if we agree to work together, we will send you a PAYPAL funds request via email. Once we receive payment, we'll begin.
WHAT DOES YOUR COACHING SERVICE NOT INCLUDE?
Our coaching services do not include us officially "presenting, submitting, or representing" your qualifications to a prospective employer.
Our coaching services are designed to help YOU with YOUR searches, not US with OUR searches on behalf of the specific needs of our client companies.
Unless we have a fee agreement in place with a prospective employer, us officially representing you our your qualifications will preclude you from being interviewed.
Our goal will be to teach and guide you to "placing" yourself.
WHAT DO YOUR COACHING SERVICES COST?
Our coaching services are on a flat fee month to month basis. You get:
An updated / overhauled / from the ground up resume
Unlimited email contact, for 30 days, for questions, strategy planning, or for those times you just need an outside perspective.
One phone call per week, if desired
Service renewed by mutual agreement, every 30 days, by you.
